Step 4 - Enter ASSETS data from Client Fact Find
1. Click on ASSETS from the left-hand menu to take you to the Assets screen.
This screen displays the relevant Assets for a Recycle My Debt client. This Private Home Asset has been created for you.
2. Click on the 'Private Home' Asset to open the ASSET DETAILS.
3. Add in the CURRENT COST BASE, the CURRENT VALUE of the home, and the anticipated GROWTH RATE.
If you do not know the current cost base, enter the Current Value in both places.
4. Click UPDATE to save the changes.
